A single origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at 2000 MASL. Varieties include 74110, 74112, and 74165, harvested in the 2021/2022 season. Processed using a Super Natural method. Roasted to a Medium Light roast level, with flavor notes of Jack Fruit, Mangosteen, and Rum Chocolate.
