A single-origin Ethiopia coffee from the Gedio (Yirgacheffe) region produced by Heleanna of Moplaco Trading at 1800–2100 m. Heirloom varieties were processed using a Natural Special (anaerobic) fermentation, producing bright, fruity characteristics. Light roasted to preserve acidity and sweetness, the cup shows Muscat and strawberry notes, a lemon-candy sweetness and a lingering blueberry syrup finish.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
