About This Coffee

This washed Grade 1 Ethiopian coffee from Worka Chelbessa washing station in the Gedeb subregion of Yirgacheffe is grown at 2200 meters altitude. The blend of Gera Selection, Metu-Bishari, Washi, and Wush Wush varieties undergoes underwater fermentation for 36–48 hours followed by 10–14 days of slow drying on raised beds. It presents stone fruit, floral, and caramel notes with a juicy, bright character and a light roast.
