This is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Taferi Kela region in Sidama, grown by community farmers at an altitude of 1900-2100 meters. The coffee consists of Enat Buna, Taferikela, 74110, and 74112 varieties. It is processed by Bette Buna at their washing station, where it is depulped, fermented for 24-36 hours, and dried on raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of spice cake, including cinnamon, clove, and cardamom, as well as toffee, orange, and milk chocolate, offering a good body.
