The roastery is a member of TYPICA, a direct trade platform connecting producers and roasters globally, and sources rare and unique coffees through that network. hytte has expanded well beyond its original storefront, distributing to partners across South Korea and internationally. The company's signature blends, including its Ethiopia Flower Blend and Fukuoka Blend, reflect a roaster who values restraint and harmony over intensity.
