Ethiopian 'Konga' is a single-farmer lot from Takele Mammo Denbi in the Konga district of the Gedeo Zone. The coffee is an indigenous heirloom variety processed naturally and certified organic. Tasting notes list strawberry and almond aroma, hibiscus tea and cocoa flavors, a dense, syrupy body, and a finish of orange zest and cinnamon. Grown at 1,800–2,100 meters above sea level.
