This espresso coffee is sourced from the Cafe Pacas farm in El Salvador, operated by the Alfredo Pacas Diaz family. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1100-1800 meters. It features a blend of two varieties: Pacamara and Red Bourbon. The coffee undergoes both washed and natural (dried) processing methods. The flavor profile includes honey, red grapes, and caramel notes, with a smooth, sweet character and good body.
