Familia Fernandez Omni

Familia Fernandez is a washed Bourbon varietal coffee from the Colasay region of Peru, grown at 1800–2200 masl. It is produced by the Fernandez family from their small farms and is part of the Origin Coffee Lab sourcing program, which selects small lots from farms across Jaen, Colasay, and San Ignacio. The coffee is expressive with tropical character, offering tasting notes of dried figs, stone fruit, and black tea.
