Pink Bourbon from Finca Costa Rica in Santa María, Huila, Colombia, grown at 2,005 meters above sea level. The coffee is picked and processed by Faver Ninco on his family farm. Processing involves whole cherry fermentation for 12 hours, followed by depulping and dry fermentation for an additional 36 hours. The farm consists of 10 hectares with approximately 19,900 coffee trees, including 8,000 Pink Bourbon plants among other varieties like Caturra, Geisha, Papayo, and Java. The lot was partnered through The Coffee Quest, with Faver's daughter Liliam Camila overseeing quality control. Tasting notes include raspberry, tart yellow plum, lemon verbena, with mild baking spices in the finish.
