A naturally processed coffee from Fazenda Pinhal, a 900-hectare farm located near San António De Amparo in Sul De Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, run by the Gabarra Teixeira family. Grown at 1200m altitude, this is a blend of Arara, Catigua, and Catuaí varieties, mechanically harvested and dried on patios for 7–10 days. Roasted as a long, gentle omni-roast profile, it offers a smooth chocolatey body with toasted almond sweetness and balanced acidity. Flavor notes include chocolate, roasted almond, and a smooth finish.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
