About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from Fazenda Pinhal, a 900-hectare farm located near San António De Amparo in Sul De Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, run by the Gabarra Teixeira family. Grown at 1200m altitude, this is a blend of Arara, Catigua, and Catuaí varieties, mechanically harvested and dried on patios for 7–10 days. Roasted as a long, gentle omni-roast profile, it offers a smooth chocolatey body with toasted almond sweetness and balanced acidity.
