The coffee undergoes an Anaerobic Natural process, which enhances its complexity and aromatic richness. The flavor profile is vibrant and expressive, featuring notes of lychee, pineapple, and elderflower. It offers a juicy sweetness and a long, structured finish with wine-like characteristics reminiscent of Chardonnay.
