This coffee is a Catuaí variety from Finca el Puente in the Chinacla region of La Paz, Honduras. Produced by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, the coffee is processed using a washed method and dried on raised beds under shade. This careful processing results in a clean cup with a rich, chocolaty profile, complemented by subtle notes of dried fruits, nuts, and a herbal finish.
