Finca La Pradera Geisha is a washed Geisha variety coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by brother farmers Luis Enrique and Robinson Cuellar. The coffee is fermented in cherry for 24–48 hours, then de-pulped leaving some mucilage intact, and dried in a greenhouse for 15–20 days. Flavor notes include blueberry, plum jam, and soft florals.
