This coffee is from Finca Monte Grande in the Jaltenango de la Paz region of Chiapas, Mexico, at approximately 1100 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee produced by the Moises family (third generation) on a farm established in 1917. The variety is Red & Yellow Catuai. The coffee has a round and smooth cup with notes of milk chocolate, citrus, and mandarin, with balanced sweetness and soft acidity.
