The coffee is naturally processed with Mundo Maya variety. Flavor profile includes cooked cranberry, clove, mild fresh floral notes, candy-like sugary sweetness, and pleasant boozy acidity. The farm uses sustainable practices with no commercial fertilizers or composts.
