Finca Rosita Java from the Illimani community in Caranavi, Bolivia, grown at 1350-1740 meters elevation. This washed-processed coffee features the Java variety and is cultivated on a 32-hectare farm under ideal microclimate conditions. Tasting notes include black cherry, orange, oolong tea, and s'mores.
Night Swim Coffee was established in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021 through the merger of two pioneering operations: Not Just Coffee, founded in 2011 by James and Miracle Yoder, and Undercurrent Coffee, founded in 2018 by Todd and Erin Huber. United under Black Rock Hospitality, the combined entity operates 15 kilogram and 35 kilogram Loring Falcon and Kestrel roasters that enable precision roasting across multiple coffee concepts. Direct relationships with producers ground their sourcing philosophy, while partnerships with local Charlotte composting companies reflect their commitment to environmental stewardship.
