This coffee is a single-origin from Finca San José, a 250-hectare farm in the Coatepec region of Veracruz, Mexico, grown at 1200 meters altitude. The microlot is 100% Anacafé-14 variety, a naturally occurring cross of Pacamara and Catimor. It is processed using the washed method. The coffee features jammy pear, burnt sugar, perfumed rose, and dried tropical fruit flavor notes with juicy acidity and fruit-like sweetness.
