This coffee is from Finca Voo, located in Copey within the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, at an elevation between 1960 and 2000 meters. Produced by Ivan Solis and Leandra Cordero, this Red Catuaï variety was awarded first place in the Experimental category at the 2024 Cup of Excellence with an SCA score of 89.5. The coffee undergoes natural anaerobic processing, with cherries fermented for 48 hours in dark plastic bags, then dried on African beds for approximately 19 days. The flavor profile features ripe tropical fruits and bourbon-like sweetness with a medium body and low to medium acidity.
