This Red Catuai coffee is grown at Finca VOO in the Copey de Dota area of Costa Rica's Tarrazú region at 2,000 meters altitude. The farm is managed by the Solís Cordero family. The coffee undergoes a unique 'Ply Process' where the cherries are submerged in a river for 10 days before being pulped and dried on raised beds for 15 days.
