This blend combines coffees from Brazil and Costa Rica. The varieties include Caturra and Catuai, processed using both washed and natural methods. Roasted to a medium level, this coffee offers flavor notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate, and brown sugar with rich but smooth characteristics.
Fuel & Fable is a carbon offset, small batch roastery founded by Matt Brown located in Christchurch, Dorset. Matt previously ran an award winning Icelandic inspired specialty coffee shop in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The roastery focuses on light profiles designed to preserve origin character, sourcing rare and distinctive coffees through direct trade relationships. Alongside roasting, Matt works as a barista trainer and coffee consultant, and runs a rehabilitation programme that teaches barista and hospitality skills to prisoners.
