It is produced by the MARCAFE cooperative, which comprises approximately 660 small and medium-sized farmers. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1,350 to 1,650 meters. The varieties include Catuai, Pacas, Pache, Icatu, and Bourbon. It is processed using the washed method and roasted to a medium level. The flavor profile presents notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit, and honey, with fresh citrus acidity and a smooth, balanced cup.
