A washed Gesha coffee from Francy Castillo's El Ubérrimo farm in Nariño, Colombia, at 2150 meters altitude. The coffee underwent an extended fermentation process: dry fermented cherries were depulped, then fermented with honey for 72–96 hours in a biodigester, fully washed, and sun-dried for 15–20 days. Light roast with delicate sweetness. Tasting notes include dark chocolate, cherry, praline, and vanilla, with floral notes when hot and honey and citrus sweetness as it cools.
