Natural process Sidra from Buena Vista farm in Fraijanes, Guatemala, grown at 1,870 meters altitude by producer Fredy Orantes. The coffee features only the ripest cherries, hand-selected and soaked to remove impurities before being sun-dried on raised beds for 25-30 days. Tasting notes include fruit punch, brown sugar, and funky pineapple.
