Fresh Cuts is a seasonal filter blend from Colombia, designed to be consistent, approachable, and quietly expressive. The current blend consists of 50% Eduar Giraldo from Tolima and 50% Estrella del Ostro from Huila, both from Colombia. It is anchored by the washed Estrella del Ostro lot, known for its versatility and depth, with complementary components chosen for character and cup profile. The blend features a field blend of varieties and is washed processed. Roasted medium-light for filter brewing, it offers flavor notes of stone fruit, fresh berries, and leatherwood honey. The coffee delivers a sweet, rounded cup with clarity and familiarity, designed for everyday enjoyment.
