Fresh Perspective is a natural-processed Ethiopian coffee from Bishan Dimo (Shakiso, Guji) produced by Faysel and Hakime Yonis. Dried in whole cherry on raised beds and milled, this mixed-heirloom lot (1850–2050 masl) yields a syrupy body with bright acidity. Tasting notes include strawberry, blueberry, milk chocolate, and honey; the roast profile is light–medium, making it well suited for espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
