This is a single origin coffee from Yunnan, China, specifically from Yunlan Estate in Menghai County at 1,750 metres altitude. The coffee is made from Pacamara varietal, handpicked between February and May 2025, then washed and gently fermented for 48-72 hours before being sun-dried on raised beds for 15-30 days. The coffee expresses distinctive notes of nectarine, plum, black tea, and grapefruit.
