This coffee is produced by Aulia Kahfi at the Rakyat farm in the Bebesen region of Indonesia, grown at an altitude of 1300 to 1600 meters. It consists of Abyssinia, Ateng, and Gayo varieties. The coffee undergoes a unique 'Winey' process, involving a 20 to 25-day fermentation period followed by washing and slow drying. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of natural wine, pineapple, grapefruit, and cocoa, offering a distinct and vibrant cup.
