Gahahe Burundi is a single-origin coffee from Kayanza region at 1800 meters elevation, sourced from the Gahahe Washing Station where 900 smallholder farmers deliver Bourbon variety cherries. The coffee undergoes fully washed processing with double fermentation and is dried on raised beds. It offers flavor notes of persimmon, apricot, peach blossom, with a silky mouthfeel and clear, focused finish.
