About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is from Bella Vista farm in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, produced by Jhonatan Gasca. The lot is composed of 30% pinton (unripe cherries) and 70% fully mature cherries, creating a unique profile. The Geisha variety undergoes extended fermentation followed by thermal shock processing. The cup features signature Geisha aromatics with high florality and sweetness, displaying notes of lavender, rosemary, and watermelon. This distinctive profile was originally created accidentally when the producer had to harvest the entire lot at once to avoid losing it to heavy rains.
