Founded in late summer 2020 by Tuğba Cebe, Cebe Coffee Roasters entered Berlin's saturated specialty scene with remarkable confidence, establishing three locations across Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg while the pandemic still gripped the city. Their roasting philosophy centers on sustainability and traceability as cornerstones, but what truly sets them apart is their obsessive attention to comfort and design—each location crafted to foster community rather than just extract flavor.
