This coffee is a Yirgacheffe Heirloom variety from the Gerse village in Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2300 meters. It is processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried on African beds for 15–20 days. The flavor profile is sweet and fruity, featuring notes of peach, sweet citrus, melon, and plum. This light-roasted specialty coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in collaboration with the Moplaco washing station.
