This Gesha coffee originates from Hacienda La Esmeralda's Cañas Verdes farm in Chirquí, Panama, at 1,700 meters altitude. Produced by The Peterson Family, this microlot was harvested February 8th, 2025. The coffee underwent washed processing: cherries were depulped, fermented in a low-temperature room for 72 hours, then slowly dried on raised beds for 16 days. The Geisha variety delivers citrus, white floral, and honey flavor characteristics.
