Geisha variety from Cañas Verdes farm at Hacienda La Esmeralda in Chiriqui, Panama, grown at 1,600 meters altitude. Washed processed microlot harvested January 30, 2025 from the Trapiche lot. Cherries were depulped and fermented for 48 hours, then slow dried on raised beds for 19 days. Notes of jasmine, white peach, and berries.
