Bonanza Coffee Roasters is one of the true pioneers of European specialty coffee, founded in Berlin in 2006 by Kiduk Reus and Yumi Choi. They were among the very first to introduce meticulously sourced and transparently roasted specialty coffee to the German capital — long before the third wave hit Berlin's mainstream.
