A Grade 1 fully washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, processed at the Gotae (Sodu) station at an altitude of 2,200–2,250 meters. Grown by smallholder farmers, this coffee features 100% JARC varieties and holds organic certification. It delivers a bright and aromatic profile with flavor notes of strawberry, blackberry, jasmine, and lemon.
