This washed coffee comes from the Gotiti kebele within the Gedeb woreda of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region. 868 smallholder farmers deliver cherry via mule or on foot to the Gotiti washing station, which started operations in 2023 on 2.5 hectares of land and processes 500-600 tons annually. The coffee is grown at 2000-2100 meters above sea level and harvested from October to January. The processing involves washing and mechanical depulping, with overnight soaking before drying. Flavor notes include Meyer lemon, English breakfast tea, and dried cranberry. The coffee was imported by Red Fox.
