Greenland Estate is a 200-acre single-origin coffee from Valparai, Tamil Nadu, India, located within the Anamalai Tiger Reserve at an elevation of 1550 MASL (5100–5700 ft). Produced by Govind ER, this coffee uses the SL9 variety, handpicked and washed processed. After pulping, cherries ferment in tanks for 16–18 hours, then slow-dried on raised beds for 10–14 days. The medium roast delivers tasting notes of sweet cherry, baker's chocolate, and honey, with sweet citrus acidity and floral notes.
