A naturally processed coffee from the Mogiana region of Brazil, sourced from the COCAPEC cooperative (Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas), founded in 1984. Grown at 900–1100 meters on the Paraizinho farm, the lot features cultivars Mundo Novo, Acaia, Icatu, and Catuai. Dried first on terraces then in mechanical dryers for a clean, homogeneous cup. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, hazelnut, and pear. Roasted light. Transported by sailing vessel across the Atlantic.
