This coffee is from Guatemala Antigua region, produced by Bella Carmona farm at 1200-1650 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee made from Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica (SHB) varieties. The medium roast brings out milk chocolate aroma with red sugar-like sweetness and nutty notes. It earned 93 points from Coffee Review. The coffee is suitable for espresso, pour over, and various brewing methods including V60, Chemex, French press, and cold brew.
