This single-origin coffee is from Buena Vista farm in Fraijanes, Casillas, Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Produced by Fredy Orantes on his 7-hectare estate at 1870 meters altitude. The coffee is Red Catuai variety processed using honey method and sun-dried. Scored 87 points. Harvested in March from a 600-kilo lot. The honey processing in strong sun creates a powerful and full-bodied coffee with ripe red fruit tones, featuring muscovado and strawberry flavor notes.
