A single-origin coffee from Huehuetenango, San Antonio Huista, Guatemala, grown at 1900 meters altitude by producer Felix Carrillo Wiwitz. The coffee is a blend of Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor varieties (100% Arabica), processed using the washed (lavado) method. It features a fruity-floral profile with tasting notes of apple, strawberry gum, and caramel.
