About This Coffee

A 100% Arabica coffee from Huehuetenango, San Antonio Huista, Guatemala, grown at 1500–1600 meters altitude by second-generation farmer Pedro Lopez Xutuc. The variety is Red Pache, processed using the washed method: cherries are depulped on the same day of harvest, dry-fermented in a cement tank for approximately 22 hours, carefully washed, and sun-dried for about three days.
