About This Coffee

A washed coffee from the Los Arroyos farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by smallholder farmer Felipe Venenciano Martinez Lopez in partnership with the Ally project. Grown at 1,600 meters above sea level, this is a blend of Caturra, Catuai, and Pache varieties. Suitable for all brewing methods. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, roasted almonds, baked lemon, nougat, apricot jam, a hint of coconut, with a sweet and clear balance, velvety softness, and good body.
