This coffee is from the farm of producer Penny Matheu near Antigua, Guatemala. The coffee cherries are processed at the Bella Vista mill by Luis Pedro Zelaya. This 2021 crop features ripe berries and tropical fruit as dominant flavors, complemented by vanilla and honey sweetness. The cup also includes dark chocolate and fudgy notes with a rich body and creamy texture.
