Grown at Finca San Jose Ocana in San Juan Sacatepequez, Guatemala, at an altitude of 1,905–1,955 meters above sea level. Approximately half of the farm's land is kept forested, with shade trees including Grevillea (Silk Oak) and native species fostering biodiversity and unique microclimates. The Geisha variety delivers slow ripening, a crisp structure, and an elegant aromatic profile. Flavor notes include lemon verbena (citronela), jasmine (iasomie), caramel, wild berries (fructe de padure), and brown sugar (zahar brun). Roasted as an Omni Roast.
