This coffee is from Guatemala, specifically from the La Colina farm owned by Tony Medina, which was inherited from his father. Tony planted his first coffee tree in 1991 and has been producing only Caturra and Bourbon varieties for 27 years. The coffee offers chocolate and fresh honey aromas on the nose, with blueberry acidity and jam-like notes in the cup. This is a limited production coffee.
