Guatemala La Garita from Huehuetenango region at 1,675 meters altitude. A washed process coffee featuring Bourbon and Caturra varieties with a full body and sweet flavor profile including dried fig, roasted almond, and delicate florals (primarily violet) with cream and milk chocolate notes. As the coffee cools, it transitions to more roasted almond and chocolate characteristics with molasses sweetness.
