A washed process coffee featuring Bourbon and Caturra varieties with a full body and sweet flavor profile including dried fig, roasted almond, and delicate florals (primarily violet) with cream and milk chocolate notes. As the coffee cools, it transitions to more roasted almond and chocolate characteristics with molasses sweetness.
