Driftwood Coffee Company

Driftwood Coffee Company was founded in 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas, by Randi and Steven Carroll after the couple returned from a yearlong mission trip to Kazakhstan and decided to channel their energy into ethically sourced coffee. What started as a small operation grew into a dedicated roastery and storefront focused on single origin and specialty blends roasted in small batches. The Carrolls source from small farms with an emphasis on direct relationships and transparency, roasting everything in house to maintain control over quality. Driftwood also serves as the official coffee supplier for Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, a partnership rooted in Randi's ties as an alumna of the university. The roastery holds weekly cupping sessions on Thursdays, reflecting a commitment to building coffee knowledge and community in South Texas.
