The variety is 100% Caturra Arabica, processed using the washed (wet) method. Roasted to a medium level to highlight its natural sweetness and complexity, this espresso-oriented coffee offers flavor notes of marzipan, tropical fruit, and white chocolate with a vibrant acidity and creamy texture.
