This organic coffee originates from Dimtu Tora in the Hambela Wamena woreda of Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia, grown at 1,900-2,300 meters altitude. The coffee features Dega, Kurame, and 74110 varieties processed naturally with hand-picked cherries sun-dried on raised beds for approximately two weeks. The light roast delivers blueberry muffin sweetness, ripe strawberry, and soft vanilla aromatics with a silky body and clean finish.
